complete dampers
Bording Bellows offers a unique series of complete dampers for installation in air and flue gas systems.
The dampers can be designed for isolating, regulating or diverting the flowing media.
In addition to being used for gaseous media some dampers can be applied to the transportation of solids, eg, ash, granulate, woodchip etc.
Construction and Function
The standard program contains five damper types.

All dampers are produced as tailor-madeitems both with regards to type, dimensions, tightness requirements and steel quality etc.
Dampers can be supplied with actuators attached, control box etc. all in accordance with customer requirements and specifications. All dampers can, in addition, be supplied complete with duct flanges, bolts and gaskets.

TYPE NDVQuarter-turn butterfly valve with circular or rectangular blade. For isolating or regulating. |

TYPE NDJMulti-blade damper, circular or rectangular. For isolating and regulating. Better for regulating than type NDV. |

TYPE NDV-DDouble butterfly valve with purge chamber for isolating. With introduction of purge air at higher pressure a complete 100% isolation of the flowing media is achieved. |

TYPE NDFDiverting valve, circular or rectangular, with one inlet and two outlets. Used for diverting flow between the two outlets or isolating either of the outlets. |
